According to the circular, all local schools should demonstrate the comprehensive quality, professional level and educational ability of primary and secondary school head teachers and ideological and political teachers in the new era by organizing the exhibition and exchange activities of their basic skills, further strengthen the construction of the team of head teachers and ideological and political teachers, continuously deepen the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools, and continuously improve the overall level of moral education in primary and secondary schools.
According to the notice, the participants in the basic skills exhibition of the class teacher are the on-the-job class teachers who have been engaged in class teacher work for 5 years or more in ordinary primary and secondary schools. The exhibition includes three parts: educational stories, educational strategies with classes and theme class meetings. The participants in the demonstration of the basic teaching skills of ideological and political teachers are the current teachers of ethics and rule of law (ideological and political) in ordinary primary and secondary schools. The exhibition content includes three parts: the overall teaching design of the unit, the classroom record and the current political review.
The circular requires that all local schools should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, and organize this activity as an important measure to strengthen the construction of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools in the new era, deepen moral education in schools, improve the ideological and political work system in schools, strengthen deployment planning, and strengthen organizational guarantee to ensure the effectiveness of the activities. Local education administrative departments should develop specific implementation plans for activities, give full play to the guiding role of teaching and research departments, and actively mobilize the enthusiasm of schools and teachers to participate.
