There are two "No.1" graphite product production lines in Northeast China: one is the first graphene production line in Northeast China with an annual output of 1,000 tons of powdered graphene and conductive products and equipment, and its production capacity and technical level are in the forefront of China, and it has truly realized commercial application; The other is the first truly commercialized carbon nanotube production line in Northeast China with an annual output of 1,000 tons of carbon nanotubes and conductive products and equipment. At present, it has been installed and reached production capacity, and the product sales, production capacity and technical level are among the highest in China.
At present, Wanxin Graphite Valley has achieved large-scale commercial sales of graphene products, and conductive paste products have been sold to more than ten power battery manufacturers at home and abroad. At present, the graphite raw materials on the market are several thousand yuan per ton. After deep processing by Harbin Wanxin Graphite Valley Technology Co., Ltd., the output of powdered graphene superconducting materials can reach one million yuan per ton.
"It is expected that the new production line of conductive paste will be put into production by the end of August," Yuan Guohui said. By then, the production capacity of conductive paste will reach 5,000 tons per year. In the next step, Graphite Valley will build a graphite industrial park, start the construction of Harbin Wanxin Graphite Valley Graphite New Materials Research Institute and the graphite industry public technical service platform. It is planned that by 2017, the enterprise’s conductive slurry production capacity will reach 10,000 tons per year.
Gathering new power, high-end materials to be "flying"

Carbon fiber is an important strategic material for the development of national defense and national economy, and it is a key technology-intensive material. This material has been widely used in various fields of military and civilian industries such as aerospace, aviation, automobiles, snowboards, fishing rods and other sports equipment and leisure products.
Tianshun Chemical takes the self-produced carbon fiber precursor with an annual output of 600 tons as raw material, and through process optimization, the performance index of the obtained carbon fiber product meets the relevant technical requirements. The technical level of carbonization pilot production has reached the domestic advanced level, and some of its indicators have reached the international advanced level. The comprehensive examination test of self-made product TS700-6K carbon fiber product in ultra-high pressure gas cylinder shows that it can completely replace imported carbon fiber. Experts believe that the successful research and development of carbon fiber production technology in the whole process from precursor to carbon fiber in this project has filled the gap in Heilongjiang Province, solved the two key bottleneck problems of high production cost and unstable quality of domestic high-performance carbon fiber, and improved the competitiveness of domestic carbon fiber.
