On September 26th, 2022, as Yibo Technology was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, there were 200 listed companies in Nanshan District. Up to now, the number of listed enterprises in Nanshan District has reached 205, and the density of listed enterprises ranks first in the country. The world’s top 500 and leading enterprises are coming one after another, and the quality of high-quality development is more complete and the background color is brighter.
The total economic output will cross 100 billion steps again. GDP is expected to exceed 800 billion in 2022. The tax revenue of the jurisdiction reached 193.9 billion yuan, and the general public budget revenue exceeded 36.1 billion yuan, demonstrating the strong and resilient economy. In terms of the number of companies waiting for IPO, there are 41 IPO companies under counseling and 16 IPO companies under review, ranking first in the city. Insist on going out of Shenzhen, facing the whole country and the whole world to attract investment, hold Nanshan District Investment Conference, and introduce 126 projects, with an estimated investment of over 170 billion yuan. "Innovative Nanshan" has become a fertile ground for talent training and development. Established X9 University and College Alliance, held X9 Rowing League, gathered 68 full-time academicians, with nearly 11,000 high-level talents at or above the municipal level, and the total number of talents exceeded 1.2 million.
Talent introduction:
Relying on "Kunpeng (Nanshan) Innovative Talent Base", a new way to train industrial chain engineers through "government+enterprise". Promote the opening of more than 20 professional courses in eight major technical systems, such as Huawei Cloud, Blockchain and Internet of Things, serve over 800 engineering talents, and shape Nanshan’s outstanding engineer brand.

In order to solve the rising cost of enterprises caused by the shortage of land and space resources, Nanshan District has raised a number of industrial houses led by the district government through new construction, purchase and urban renewal projects. We will carry out three actions of "improving quality", "putting the team first" and "cultivating excellent secretaries" in party member, build 16 secretaries’ studios in different fields, and promote the full coverage of more than 4,500 party branches to realize the dynamic evaluation of quality stars. Seven innovative projects, 10 branch work cases, 9 education bases and 10 excellent party classes are included in the "Five 100" selection targets of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee.
We established the responsibility system of "five leaders and six posts in parallel" to lead community governance by party building. In the whole region, 34,532 "five leaders" such as building directors were appointed, 110,286 "six posts" such as caring service posts were set up, and 187 party member vanguard teams were established. The number of people who participated in community governance in party member ranked first in the city.
