The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology guides local medical material support groups to act quickly, strengthen docking, and ensure that the demand for medical treatment for key populations is given priority and strongly guaranteed.
The first is to conduct a comprehensive investigation and judgment. We will sort out and summarize the drug demand of national pension institutions, schools and rural areas, form a list of key medical materials demand, and give key protection to ensure the effective protection of drug use for key groups.
The second is to strengthen departmental coordination and resource docking. We will provide special dispatching support for epidemic prevention materials urgently needed by national pension institutions, child welfare institutions, mental health institutions and schools, and meet them comprehensively and quickly by organizing enterprises to donate peer-to-peer supply. We will focus on strengthening the medical supplies in rural areas, and basically equip township hospitals nationwide with oxygen meters and three kinds of drugs, namely "antipyretic, cough relieving and Chinese medicine".
The third is to accurately launch the network platform. Give full play to the role of e-commerce platform, organize online supply and demand docking activities, and nearly 900 production enterprises and more than 1,600 circulation enterprises successfully docked; Promote the accurate delivery of medical materials, improve the efficiency of terminal distribution, and deliver a total of 162 million drugs, benefiting 76.85 million people, of which the area below the county level accounts for over 70%.
Thanks to the efforts of all parties, the medical materials needed by 16,000 old-age care institutions, 198 child welfare institutions, 224 mental health institutions, local schools and rural primary medical institutions have been met in time and in full. In the next step, we will normalize the production and supply of medical materials, strengthen coordination with relevant departments, and meet the medical material needs of key institutions, key regions and key populations in a timely manner.
