Cultural relics inherit the roots of civilization, and the cultural relics resources in urban and rural areas and the rich and diverse memorial halls of cultural relics museums in China are strong supports for carrying forward Chinese excellent traditional culture and strengthening the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It is necessary to promote rational utilization, revitalize cultural relics resources, strengthen the interpretation and display of cultural values, optimize the service efficiency of cultural relics units, strengthen scientific and technological support and personnel training, promote the all-media dissemination of Chinese culture, make cultural relics and cultural heritage truly alive, and build a modern civilization of the Chinese nation. Cultural relics nourish the form of civilization. Cultural relics and cultural heritage bear the genes and blood of the Chinese nation, show the open mind of Chinese civilization, and are the common wealth of all mankind. It is necessary to deepen the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations, strengthen the exchange and cooperation of cultural heritage, build a big pattern of "going out" and "please come in" of cultural heritage, enhance the influence of Chinese civilization, write a civilized chapter of harmony and symbiosis, and actively build a new form of human civilization.

IV. Activity Requirements

(1) Carefully organize the preparations. On June 8th, National Cultural Heritage Administration and Liaoning Provincial People’s Government co-hosted the main city activity of Cultural and Natural Heritage Day in Shenyang. In light of the actual situation, all localities actively organized various online and offline cultural relics exhibitions, visits and explanations, educational seminars and publicity and communication activities around the Heritage Day, displayed the theme and slogan of the activities, enriched the contents and holding forms of the activities, encouraged the provision of free opening, extended opening, free explanation training and public welfare appraisal services, demonstrated the achievements of cultural relics protection and utilization and cultural heritage protection and inheritance, and expanded the participation of the whole people in the Cultural and Natural Heritage Day.

(2) Joint publicity and display. National Cultural Heritage Administration co-ordinates the arrangements and highlights of activities around the country, and promotes them through press conferences and linked reports by the central media. Please co-ordinate the relevant activities of cultural and cultural institutions within your administrative area, plan the cultural and natural heritage day activities of this province (autonomous region or municipality) and this unit before May 15, 2024, submit the summary of cultural and natural heritage day activities to our bureau before June 20, and push the publicity links of relevant key activities before June 8.

(3) Ensure the safety of activities. Do a good job in service guarantee during the event, formulate emergency safety work plans, and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property and cultural relics during the event.
