National Health Commission issued the "Specification for Autism Screening Intervention Services for Children Aged 0-6 (Trial)".

Cctv newsNational Health Commission website reported on September 21st that autism, also known as autism, is a kind of neurodevelopmental disorder that occurs in early childhood. The cause is unclear, and it usually starts before the age of 3, mainly manifested as social communication disorder, communication disorder and limitation, rigidity, repetitive behavior and other psychological developmental disorders, which seriously affects children’s social function and quality of life. The survey shows that the prevalence rate of autism in children in China is 7‰ . Children’s autism lacks effective drug treatment. At present, the main treatment is rehabilitation training, and the best treatment period is before the age of 6. If scientific intervention can be received before the age of 3, the symptoms and prognosis of children can be improved to varying degrees. Therefore, early screening and early intervention are particularly important for children with autism. In order to further improve the service chain of children’s autism, promote the construction of children’s mental health care service network, and promote the early detection, diagnosis and intervention of children’s autism, National Health Commission has formulated the Service Specification for Autism Screening Intervention for Children Aged 0-6 (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Service Specification) on the basis of in-depth investigation and systematic summary.

The Service Specification consists of 7 parts and 8 annexes. First, the clients are children aged 0-6 who live in the jurisdiction; Second, the purpose of the service is to improve the awareness rate of children’s parents’ autism scientific knowledge, standardize children’s autism screening, diagnosis, intervention and rehabilitation services, improve the intervention effect, reduce the occurrence of mental disabilities and promote children’s health; The third is the service content, including health education, screening (primary screening and re-screening), diagnosis and intervention rehabilitation. The fourth is the technical requirements of service institutions and personnel, which require the housing, equipment and personnel of township hospitals and community health service centers, county-level maternal and child health care institutions, children’s autism diagnosis institutions and intervention and rehabilitation institutions; Fifth, the division of tasks, to further clarify the division of labor and responsibilities of township hospitals and community health service centers, county-level maternal and child health care institutions, children’s autism diagnosis institutions and intervention and rehabilitation institutions, and provincial and prefecture-level maternal and child health care institutions; Sixth, job requirements, which mainly put forward clear requirements for health administrative departments at all levels to promote and guarantee autism screening, diagnosis and intervention rehabilitation services for children aged 0-6; The seventh is the evaluation index, which puts forward three indicators: the initial screening rate, the re-screening rate and the diagnostic rate, so as to promote the work evaluation in various places. The eight accessories are,Screening form for early warning signs of children’s psychological and behavioral development problems, psychological and behavioral development files of children aged 0-6, referral form for initial screening of children’s psychological and behavioral development of children aged 0-6, referral form for re-screening of children’s psychological and behavioral development of children aged 0-6, registration form for re-screening of children’s psychological and behavioral development of children aged 0-6, registration form for diagnosis results of children’s psychological and behavioral development of children aged 0-6, and schematic diagram of contents of rehabilitation services for autism screening, diagnosis and intervention of children aged 0-6.

The main features of the Service Specification are as follows:

  (1) Focus on the key stage of 0-6 years old. According to the characteristics that autism usually starts in infancy, and there is no effective treatment drug at present, the main treatment way is rehabilitation training, and the best treatment period is before the age of 6, and the earlier the intervention effect is, the better the prevention and control work will be. We will focus on the key stage of 0-6 years old, provide autism screening intervention services for children, implement the disease prevention and control strategy of early screening, early diagnosis and early intervention, and strive to improve children by grasping early and grasping small, and implementing early intervention on the basis of early detection.

  (2) Emphasize the development of group prevention and control. It is clearly required to provide autism screening service for children aged 0-6 years in the permanent population in combination with the national basic public health service project, and to find individuals with abnormal development from the group as soon as possible. Emphasis is placed on establishing and improving the service model of primary screening of children’s autism at the township level, re-screening at the county level and diagnosis and rehabilitation in professional medical institutions, clarifying the responsibilities and tasks of institutions at all levels, gradually forming a service network with division of labor and linkage from top to bottom, and promoting the implementation of group prevention and control.

  (3) Pay attention to the convenience and accessibility of services. It is clearly required that primary medical and health institutions such as township hospitals and community health service centers undertake primary screening services, and county-level maternal and child health care institutions undertake re-screening services. Special emphasis is placed on the principle of intervention and rehabilitation based on grass-roots units to help autistic children to intervene nearby. By narrowing the service radius, we strive to improve the accessibility of screening intervention services, and at the same time require grassroots units to continuously improve their service capabilities and provide scientific and standardized related services.

  (4) Guide families to actively participate. Family is a warm harbor for children’s healthy growth. The "Service Standard" clearly requires parents to carry out health education, guide parents to establish the consciousness of being the first responsible person for children’s health, and actively accept autism screening, diagnosis and intervention services. Emphasis is placed on the families of children, parents are encouraged to actively participate in intervention and rehabilitation, and family intervention is carried out through companion interaction, life care and game play in the process of parenting to promote the improvement and rehabilitation of children’s symptoms.

Specification for intervention service of autism screening for children aged 0-6 years (for Trial Implementation)

Autism spectrum disorder’s disease (also called autism, hereinafter referred to as autism) is a kind of neurodevelopmental disorder that occurs in early childhood. It is characterized by social communication disorder, narrow interest and repetitive behavior, which seriously affects children’s social function and quality of life. The prevalence of autism in children in China is about 7‰ , seriously endangering children’s health and family happiness. Autism usually begins in infancy, and there is no effective treatment drug at present. The main treatment way is rehabilitation training. The best treatment period is before the age of 6, and the earlier the intervention, the better the effect. Early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention can improve the symptoms and prognosis of children to varying degrees. In order to standardize the screening, diagnosis and intervention services for children with autism and promote children’s health, this specification is formulated.

  First, the service object

Children aged 0-6 who are resident in the jurisdiction.

  Second, the purpose of service

  (a) to carry out popular science propaganda for the public, and form a good social atmosphere for the whole society to care for autistic children and their families.

(two) strengthen health education for the target population, improve the awareness rate of children’s parents’ autism science knowledge, and enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of parents to receive screening, diagnosis and intervention services.

  (3) Standardize the screening, diagnosis and intervention rehabilitation services for children with autism, improve the intervention effect, reduce the occurrence of mental disabilities and promote children’s health.

  Third, the service content

Including health education, screening, diagnosis, intervention and rehabilitation.

  (1) Health education.

Through various ways, popularize the basic knowledge of autism to the public and parents of children, publicize screening, diagnosis and intervention measures, and improve the awareness rate of scientific knowledge. Guide parents to establish the consciousness of being the first responsible person for children’s health and actively accept autism screening, diagnosis and intervention services.

  (2) screening.

  1. Preliminary screening. Grassroots medical and health institutions such as township hospitals and community health service centers undertake primary screening services. Combined with the service time and frequency of the national basic public health service health management project for children aged 0-6 years, 11 times of psychological and behavioral development screening services were provided for children aged 0-6 years by applying the methods such as "Screening Form for Early Warning Signs of Children’s Psychological and Behavioral Development Problems" (that is, the contents related to the development assessment in the National Basic Public Health Service Standard for Children’s Health Management Services).

  (1) Initial screening time. Four times in infancy within one year old, at the age of 3, 6, 8 and 12 months respectively; Four times in the early childhood from 1 to 3 years old, at the age of 18, 24, 30 and 36 months respectively; Three times in preschool, at the age of 4, 5 and 6 respectively.

  (2) Primary screening tools. "Screening Form for Early Warning Signs of Children’s Psychological and Behavioral Development Problems" (Annex 1).

  (3) Primary screening method and content.

Use the "Screening Form for Early Warning Signs of Children’s Psychological and Behavioral Development Problems" to screen the development status of children aged 0-6 and check whether there are early warning symptoms of corresponding months. Any early warning sign in the corresponding screening age group is positive, suggesting the possibility of developmental deviation.

Ask parents to find out whether children have language function and social communication ability obstacles or retrogression. For example, you can’t express it in words, don’t look at each other, repeat rigid behavior, or you can express it in words before, look at each other before, but now you can’t express it in words, and now you don’t look at each other.

In any of the following circumstances, it is abnormal in the initial screening.

First, there are one or more positive early warning signs of children’s psychological and behavioral development problems.

Second, children of any age have obstacles or retrogression in language function and social communication ability.

According to the examination results, fill in the psychological and behavioral development file of children aged 0-6 (Annex 2, Table 2— Table 4). If no abnormality is found, parents should be informed to take their children for psychological and behavioral development assessment regularly. If any abnormality is found, timely health education and intervention guidance shall be provided, and parents shall be informed to refer them in time.

  (4) Referral service. For children with abnormal initial screening, fill in the Referral Form for Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 3) to guide parents to refer them to county-level maternal and child health care institutions for re-screening as soon as possible. The primary screening referral is made in duplicate. The first copy is kept by the institution that provides primary screening service, and the second copy is taken by the parents to the institution that provides secondary screening service.

Grass-roots medical and health institutions shall fill in the Registration Form for the Initial Screening of Abnormal Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 4), regularly count the number of children with abnormal psychological and behavioral development within their respective jurisdictions and relevant information, and report them to county-level maternal and child health care institutions.

  2. Re-screening. County maternal and child health care institutions undertake re-screening services. Re-screening was carried out through medical history inquiry and autism screening scale.

  (1) Re-screening tool.

Autism screening scale, including "Revised Autism Screening Scale (M-CHAT)" and "Autism Behavior Rating Scale (ABC)"; Development scales such as "developmental behavior assessment scale for children aged 0 ~ 6" (referred to as "child heart scale -II").

  (2) Re-screening method and content.

Medical history inquiry. Understand the current medical history of children, ask and observe whether children have language barriers, communication barriers, rigid behavior, narrow interests and other symptoms, and understand the results of initial screening.

The autism screening scale and the "fetal heart scale -II" and other developmental scales were used to carry out re-screening.

Children under the age of 18 months should be re-screened with developmental scales such as "Child Heart Scale -II". "Child Heart Scale -II" measures children’s development level from five energy areas: big movement, fine movement, adaptability, language and social behavior. The total evaluation score is less than 70 points, suggesting that there is developmental disorder; A total score of more than 80 points but a single score of less than 70 points in any energy area of language, adaptability or social behavior suggests developmental deviation. If the total score of evaluation is 70 ~ 79, the same method should be used for re-examination within 3 months.

Children aged 18 ~ 24 months were re-screened with the Revised Autism Screening Scale (M-CHAT). There are 23 items in the scale, and each item has a grade of 2. Answering "Yes" to items 11, 18, 20 and 22 in the scale, and answering "No" to other items is deemed as failing. If two or more of the core items 2, 7, 9, 13, 14 and 15 fail, or three or more of all the items fail, it is considered as a screening failure, suggesting that there is a risk of autism.

Children aged 24 months and above were re-screened with "Autism Behavior Rating Scale (ABC)". There are 57 items in 5 energy zones in the scale. The total score of assessment is greater than or equal to 53, indicating that there are suspicious autism symptoms.

All children aged 18 months and above were re-screened with developmental scales such as "Fetal Heart Scale -II".

One of the following circumstances is abnormal re-screening.

First, one or more abnormalities such as language barrier, communication barrier, rigid behavior and narrow interest are found by medical history inquiry or observation.

Second, the autism screening scale suggests that there are autism risks and suspected autism symptoms.

Third, developmental scales such as "Child Heart Scale -II" suggest that there are developmental disorders or developmental deviations.

According to the examination results, fill in the Re-screening Record Form of Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 2, Table 5). This form is made in duplicate, one for the re-screening institution and one for the parents.

  (3) Re-screening result processing and referral service.

Screening personnel reasonably explain the re-screening evaluation results to parents and decide to review or refer them according to the results.

First, there is no abnormality in re-screening. Inform parents to return to primary health care institutions and continue to receive health management services for children aged 0-6; Re-check with the original re-screening institution within 3 months. Those who are still not abnormal will continue to receive health management services for children aged 0-6 years in primary medical and health institutions, and those who are abnormal will be treated as abnormal after re-screening.

For children who have been evaluated by the development scale such as "Heart of the Child Scale -II" and the total score is 70 ~ 79, they will be given intervention guidance and re-examined in the original re-screening institution within 3 months. If there is no abnormality in the review, inform parents to return to primary medical and health institutions to continue to receive health management services for children aged 0-6; If it is found that there is developmental disorder or developmental deviation, it shall be treated as abnormal after re-screening.

Second, the re-screening is abnormal. Fill in the Refreshing Referral Form for Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 5) to guide parents to refer their children to professional medical institutions with the ability to diagnose children’s autism as soon as possible for further diagnosis. The referral is made in duplicate, the first copy is kept by the re-screening institution, and the second copy is taken to the diagnosis institution by the parents. Inform parents to bring the Referral Form for the Re-screening of Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0-6 (Annex 5) and the Record Form for the Re-screening of Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0-6 (Annex 2, Table 5) when visiting the diagnosis institution.

For children with abnormal re-screening, the re-screening institution should actively contact the referral, and at the same time, carry out health education in time, carry out personalized guidance and intervention to alleviate or correct the developmental deviation of children.

Maternal and child health care institutions at the county level shall fill in the Registration Form for Abnormal Re-screening of Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 6), regularly count the number of children with abnormal re-screening within their respective jurisdictions and relevant information, and report them to the municipal maternal and child health care institutions. Regularly feed back the Registration Form of Re-screening Abnormal Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 6) to township hospitals and community health service centers.

  (3) diagnosis.

Medical institutions with autism diagnosis ability undertake autism diagnosis services for children, mainly including pediatrics and child health care departments of general hospitals, pediatrics of psychiatric hospitals, children’s hospitals and maternal and child health care institutions.

  1. Auxiliary diagnostic tools. Children Autism Rating Scale (CARS), etc.

  2. Diagnostic methods. According to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10), the diagnosis of autism was made after comprehensive evaluation through medical history inquiry, behavior observation, physical examination and nervous system examination, autism scale evaluation and necessary auxiliary examination.

  (1) medical history inquiry. Learn about children’s growth and development history in detail, focusing on social communication, speech, cognitive ability, sports and other aspects of development, and learn about children’s present and past history, as well as parents’ gestation history and family history.

  (2) Behavior observation. Focus on children’s behavior observation, focusing on children’s social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication. Some specific environments and activities can be set up to observe children’s social communication, reaction to people, reaction to environment and toys, eye contact, attention state, spontaneous speech expression and special speech expression, emotional adjustment, special behavior and interest, physical activity and sports coordination. The behavior of the developmental scale should also be recorded properly.

  (3) Physical examination and nervous system examination. Understand physical growth, measure head circumference, height and weight, understand development, observe facial features and whole body skin, check whether there are congenital malformations, audio-visual impairment, and check whether there are positive signs in the nervous system.

  (4) Scale evaluation. Children Autism Rating Scale (CARS) and other scales were used for evaluation. There are 15 items in CARS scale, and each item has 4 grades. A total score of less than 30 is considered as non-autism, and more than 30 is considered as autism.

  (5) Auxiliary inspection.

To identify mental disorders caused by nervous system diseases and metabolic diseases, or to find possible related pathogenic factors for children who meet the diagnostic criteria of autism. Necessary auxiliary examinations, such as electrophysiological examination (EEG, evoked potential), imaging examination (head CT or magnetic resonance imaging), chromosome and gene examination, can be selected according to the specific situation of children.

The diagnosis of autism needs to be differentiated from speech and language development disorders, intellectual development disorders, reactive attachment disorders, childhood social anxiety disorders, selective mutism, childhood schizophrenia and so on.

At the same time, pay attention to the diagnosis of comorbidity, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, TIC disorder, epilepsy, obsessive-compulsive disorder and so on.

According to the diagnosis results, fill in the Diagnostic Record of Abnormal Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children Aged 0 ~ 6 (Annex 2, Table 6). This form is made in duplicate, one for the diagnosis institution and one for the parents.

  3. Diagnosis result notification and referral service.

  (1) For children diagnosed with autism, explain the diagnosis results and illness to parents, inform them of the intervention and rehabilitation methods that can be adopted, the rehabilitation assistance policies and information of relevant government departments, and choose general hospitals, children’s hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, maternal and child health care institutions and qualified intervention and rehabilitation institutions for intervention and rehabilitation.

  (2) For children with autism, explain the diagnosis to their parents in combination with clinical symptoms, developmental assessment and related examination results. If you find any health problems other than autism, you should inform the corresponding medical institutions for further diagnosis and treatment.

  (3) For children who can’t be diagnosed for the time being, inform parents to go to the original diagnosis institution for reexamination two months later, and guide parents to intervene as soon as possible.

The diagnosis institution shall fill in the Registration Form for Diagnosis Results of Abnormal Psychological and Behavioral Development of Children aged 0-6 (Annex 7), record the diagnosis results and suggestions for intervention and rehabilitation of children with abnormal re-screening within its jurisdiction, and feed back to the municipal maternal and child health care institutions, which will feed back to the county-level maternal and child health care institutions, and then feed back to township hospitals or community health service centers.

  (4) Intervention and rehabilitation.

Intervention rehabilitation training is undertaken by special education institutions with the ability to intervene and rehabilitate children’s autism, pediatrics and child health care departments of general hospitals, pediatrics of psychiatric hospitals, children’s hospitals, maternal and child health care institutions, qualified primary medical and health institutions and qualified children’s psychological rehabilitation institutions.

  1. Basic principles.

  (1) Early intervention. Early intervention can significantly improve the prognosis of autistic children, and the earlier the intervention, the better. The diagnosed children should be intervened immediately, and the children who meet the referral conditions at the initial screening and re-screening stages should be given health education, guidance and intervention in time.

  (2) Individualized intervention. The development level of autistic children is different, so the development level of children’s social interaction, language, cognition and adaptability should be evaluated, and an individualized education intervention plan should be made according to the evaluation results.

  (3) scientific evidence. At present, there are many intervention methods for autism, and scientific and effective methods with clear evidence-based medical evidence should be chosen.

  (4) Long-range high strength. Autism, as a neurodevelopmental disorder, needs long-term intervention, which usually lasts for several years or even longer. At the same time, we must ensure that there is enough effective intervention time every day, and the weekly intervention time should be more than 20 hours.

  (5) Grass-roots units are the mainstay. Actively promote the intervention and rehabilitation model based on county-level maternal and child health care institutions and grassroots medical and health institutions, and help autistic children to intervene nearby. At the same time, give play to the backbone role of medical and health institutions at the prefecture level and above, and strengthen technical guidance to primary medical and health institutions.

  (6) Family participation. Encourage families and parents to actively participate in the intervention, provide all-round support and education to families and parents, and improve the participation of families in the intervention.

  2. Intervention methods.

  (1) Behavior intervention. Choose early intervention methods based on evidence-based medicine according to age and development level, with improving social communication, verbal and nonverbal communication skills as the core content, behavioral therapy as the basic means, structured education and parenting in natural situations as the basic framework of intervention, cultivate self-care and independent living ability, reduce unsuitable behavior, and improve survival skills and communication ability.

  (2) Family intervention and support. The participation and support of parents and family members is an important strategy and measure for the intervention and rehabilitation of autistic children. Encourage parents and family members to learn autism-related knowledge and family intervention methods through popular science education and demonstration consultation. The main principles include: understanding, acceptance, tolerance, respect and care for autistic children’s behavior; For the emotional and behavioral problems of autistic children, family intervention is carried out in a happy, moderate and ingenious way through companion interaction, life care and play in the process of parenting; Pay attention to children’s growth performance, discover children’s special interests and personal abilities, and cultivate and transform them accordingly. At the same time, care about parents’ psychological state and physical health, and provide corresponding help.

  (3) medication. At present, there is a lack of drugs for the core symptoms of autism in children. Autistic children with serious emotional and behavioral disorders and comorbid diseases should be referred to relevant medical institutions in time, and drugs should be selected and used strictly under the guidance of specialists.

  3. Intervention steps.

  (1) Conduct assessment. Before the intervention, we should use the standardized developmental and behavioral assessment scale to evaluate the core symptoms, the development level of various abilities and the quality of life of children with autism.

  (2) make a plan. According to the evaluation results, the intervention objectives, intervention plans, intervention methods and intervention places are determined to promote the emergence and development of autistic children’s social communication behavior, improve autistic children’s serious emotional disorder, correct autistic children’s abnormal behavior, cultivate good adaptive behavior, and promote the all-round development of language, communication and cognition.

  (3) implement intervention. Make long-term, medium-term, short-term and daily training plans; Intervention training should focus on children’s social communication and communication obstacles and pay attention to all-round development; Emphasize the application of behavior analysis technology and natural development behavior intervention.

  (4) Effect evaluation. Intervention rehabilitation institutions should cooperate closely with diagnostic institutions. For autistic children who receive intervention rehabilitation, the intervention effects such as improvement of core symptoms, ability development and improvement of quality of life are evaluated every 3 to 6 months, so as to understand the improvement situation and evaluate the intervention effect, and the intervention rehabilitation institutions adjust the objectives, programs and methods in time according to the evaluation results.

  4. Intervention in rehabilitation places.

In the process of intervention and rehabilitation, appropriate intervention and rehabilitation places and methods can be selected according to the age, severity of illness, ability level and family status of autistic children.

Children under the age of one and a half can be guided by professional medical institutions to give priority to family intervention, helping parents to take the initiative to use various resources and constantly learn and improve rehabilitation training techniques.

Children aged one and a half to three can choose professional medical institutions for rehabilitation training and family intervention at the same time.

After the age of 3, children with relatively mild illness and certain social communication and communication skills can receive integrated education in ordinary kindergartens and be trained in professional institutions; Those who are seriously ill and have weak social communication and communication skills can receive rehabilitation in professional medical institutions, special education institutions or qualified rehabilitation institutions, and continue to encourage family participation.

Intervention and rehabilitation institutions should evaluate the rehabilitation of children in time and make records of intervention and rehabilitation.

See Annex 8 for a schematic diagram of autism screening, diagnosis, intervention and rehabilitation services for children aged 0-6.

IV. Technical Requirements of Service Organizations and Personnel

  (1) Township hospitals and community health service centers that undertake primary screening services. A relatively independent space should be set up, equipped with necessary measuring tables and chairs, measuring beds and other equipment, and the environment is relatively quiet and safe. Identify at least one medical staff who has been trained in screening techniques for children’s psychological and behavioral development and is qualified to engage in children’s health care services.

2. Make full use of students’ morning check-up, absence due to illness and cause tracking, strengthen the active monitoring of tuberculosis in schools, find cases in time, and prevent the spread; Do a good job in screening, medical observation and follow-up of close contacts;

3, often open the window in the room for ventilation, do not spit everywhere, cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing;

4, cough, expectoration for more than 2 weeks, or sputum with blood, should doubt whether you have tuberculosis, to be examined in time; If there are suspicious symptoms of tuberculosis or after being diagnosed with tuberculosis, you should take the initiative to report to the school, do not hide your illness, and do not attend classes with illness; Once diagnosed with tuberculosis, you should immediately receive standardized treatment in designated medical institutions for tuberculosis. Students with pulmonary tuberculosis should accept the management of suspension from school according to the relevant requirements of the Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis in Schools in China.

Second, prevent monkeypox

The spread of monkeypox virus between people is mainly through contact with the skin or mucous membrane injury of monkeypox patients, oral secretions, respiratory droplets, articles contaminated by the virus (such as bedding) and so on.

According to the Guide to Public Protection of Monkeypox (2023), the high-risk groups of monkeypox infection include people who live with or have close contact with monkeypox patients, such as men who have sex with men; People who come into contact with monkeypox patients, including health workers of monkeypox virus; Children, pregnant women and people with low immunity.

Although monkeypox is generally susceptible to people and has a certain risk of transmission, compared with the transmission speed of respiratory infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and influenza, the transmission speed of monkeypox is still relatively slow. Moreover, compared with sexual transmission, the risk of daily contact transmission is relatively low. In daily life, it is not easy to get monkeypox by paying attention to self-protection.

preventive measure

1, strengthen the awareness of self-protection, timely attention to the region or travel destination monkeypox epidemic information. Avoid unsafe sex (such as online dating, multiple sexual partners, etc.) in areas where monkeypox epidemic is taking place.

2, if found with a rash (especially genitals, perianal and other parts), to avoid close contact with it.

3, the use of condoms can not completely prevent infection with monkeypox virus.

4. In case of discomfort during entry and exit, inform the vehicle attendants in time and truthfully, and cooperate with them to protect themselves.

5. Entry personnel shall take appropriate management measures for entry as required, and implement self-health monitoring. If there are unwell symptoms such as unexplained acute rash and lymphadenopathy, they shall immediately declare and inform the doctor of their contact history.

Third, prevent norovirus gastroenteritis

Norovirus is the main pathogen of sporadic cases and outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis in the world. The annual epidemic peak in the whole province is from October of that year to April of the following year, which is often called "winter vomiting disease". Aggregation and outbreak mainly occur in schools, kindergartens and other places where people gather. At present, the province has entered the school season, and all kinds of schools and kindergartens should pay special attention to the occurrence of norovirus epidemic.

Key points of prevention and control

1, to maintain good personal hygiene habits, don’t eat cold and spoiled food, thoroughly clean raw fruits and vegetables, seafood must be thoroughly cooked before eating. Pay attention to drinking water hygiene at ordinary times.

2. Wash your hands frequently with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds to prevent the virus from entering the digestive tract. It should be noted that sterilized paper towels and hand sanitizer without washing can not replace standard hand washing procedures.

3. In the popular season, go to crowded public places less and reduce the chance of infection.

4, usually pay attention to exercise and enhance physical fitness; When symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting appear, you should seek medical attention in time and be relatively isolated from your family. After vomiting and diarrhea, you should clean and disinfect contaminated environmental surfaces and clothes. Kitchen workers should maintain good hand hygiene and avoid direct contact with ready-to-eat food with bare hands.

5, collective units in the discovery of epidemic signs should be timely contact with the CDC area, to jointly verify and dispose of the epidemic as soon as possible.

Fourth, beware of human infection with avian influenza

Since July 2021, human cases of avian influenza infection have been reported in many places in China, and reports of poultry infection have also occurred from time to time, suggesting that avian influenza virus still exists in the environment, and the risk of human infection has not decreased.

The main source of human infection with avian influenza is contact with infected live poultry or having been to the contaminated live poultry market. In the initial stage, patients usually show flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough and shortness of breath, which may be accompanied by headache, muscle aches, diarrhea and other systemic symptoms. Severe patients’ condition develops rapidly, and severe pneumonia usually occurs within 3 ~ 7 days after onset, and their body temperature mostly stays above 39℃, showing severe pneumonia and other manifestations.

Preventive measures

1. Try to avoid touching live birds or going to places with live birds. If contact is necessary, personal protection should be done, such as wearing masks and gloves. You need to clean your hands thoroughly after contact.

2. Purchase chilled poultry that have passed quarantine inspection in the regular market, and avoid purchasing live poultry.

3. Pay attention to personal protection when handling poultry, wear masks and gloves, and wash your hands as soon as possible.

4, pay attention to separate raw and cooked, poultry should be thoroughly cooked before eating, do not purchase, cook, eat poultry from unknown sources or sick birds.

5. Pay attention to personal protection and reduce contact when going to parks with more wild birds, areas with more free-range live birds, and markets where live birds are sold.

In addition to the above

Nursery institutions should also pay attention to influenza, hand, foot and mouth, etc.

In addition, walking the baby outdoors in autumn is a fresh air.

Don’t forget to prevent ticks.

Finally, I wish you all health and safety!

Intensify efforts to rectify "one size fits all" and layer upon layer! This conference in Chengdu, as well as these important information.

On the evening of November 14th, Chengdu held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control. Huang Hui, deputy director of Chengdu Health and Health Commission, said that from 0: 00 to 24: 00 on November 13th, there were 99 new cases of local infection in Chengdu. 20 cases were infected from other provinces (returned) and 79 cases were newly infected in the province.

Huang Hui introduced that on November 11th, the State Council issued the Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of COVID-19 Epidemic scientifically and accurately, and announced 20 measures to further optimize the prevention and control work. In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention, economic stability and safe development, Chengdu has effectively coordinated epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development. Adjust management measures as required.

In addition, the city’s normalized nucleic acid testing point mixed inspection free testing service was extended to November 30.

Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce: Focusing on Twenty Measures   Further optimize the implementation of prevention and control requirements in the business field.

Li Xiaoyong, deputy director of Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce, said that the commerce and trade industry is closely related to citizens’ lives. Focusing on the 20 measures, Chengdu will further optimize the implementation of prevention and control requirements in the commerce and trade sector, refine the guidelines for epidemic prevention and control in the commerce and trade industry, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in key places, and compact the responsibility.

The first is to strengthen the prevention and control of key places. Enter shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, farmers’ markets and other key places, and strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, code lighting, checking communication itinerary cards and negative proof of nucleic acid testing.

The second is to strengthen nucleic acid monitoring of key populations. Continue to strengthen the nucleic acid monitoring of employees in bars, large-scale agricultural products wholesale markets and cargo handlers in wholesale markets, urge the daily implementation and daily inspection requirements, guide personal protection, and reduce the risk of epidemic spread.

Third, strictly follow the work plan of epidemic prevention and control in Chengdu’s commerce and trade industries and the guidelines for epidemic prevention and control in key commerce and trade industries, implement the requirements of normalized prevention and control, and do a good job in health monitoring, nucleic acid detection and investigation of employees in 30,000 industries. Supervise enterprises to carry out nucleic acid detection and implement the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control of imported cold chain food in the business places involved in the trajectory of convection adjustment.

The recent local epidemic in Chengdu is mainly related to large-scale farmers’ markets, tea houses, bars and freight stations.

Fan Shuangfeng, director of the Emergency Office of Chengdu CDC, said that some provinces and cities around Chengdu have already had a certain scale of epidemic, so Chengdu is facing greater pressure from external defense input and internal defense rebound.

At present, based on the requirements of 20 optimization measures, the city’s mobile teams are making full efforts to carry out investigation and disposal of epidemic sites. Judging from the on-site investigation, the recent cluster epidemic in some places is mainly related to some large farmers’ markets, tea houses, bars and freight stations. In these places, in most cases, foreign cases were introduced into places where people gathered, which led to the subsequent spread of the epidemic.

Chengdu Municipal Committee of Social Governance: Citizens need to check their health codes when entering the community yard.

Jiang Wei, deputy director of the Social Governance Committee of Chengdu Municipal Committee, reminded and suggested to the public about the epidemic prevention and control after the introduction of the 20 measures.

Jiang Wei said that optimizing and adjusting prevention and control measures is not to relax prevention and control, but to further improve the scientific and accurate prevention and control. Community epidemic prevention and control needs the cooperation and support of the general public, and advocates that the general public and friends consciously abide by the current community prevention and control requirements and do the following.

The first is to cooperate with the normalization to implement the management of the courtyard gates in the community. At present, a "check" is carried out on all the people who enter the courtyard of the community, that is, the health code of Sichuan Tianfu Health Link is checked. If there is any abnormal health code, such as red code, yellow code or pop-up, citizens and friends are requested to cooperate with the classified management measures such as nucleic acid detection, home health monitoring, home isolation or centralized isolation.

The second is to actively report to the community. If you are a migrant worker who has returned to Chengdu from outside the province, or a person whose case tracks overlap in the city, or an employee who has finished the closed-loop operation in a high-risk position, or received a short message reminder from the disease control department, please take the initiative to report to the community as soon as possible and implement classified control measures as required. If your family and friends have the above situation, please remind or help with community registration.

The third is to strictly abide by community regulations. At present, the management requirements of household isolation in Chengdu are to carry out household isolation for three days for close contacts and entry personnel who have been released from five-day centralized isolation, and to carry out nucleic acid detection on the first and third days respectively, and to carry out household isolation for seven days for personnel in high-risk areas, and to carry out nucleic acid detection on the first, third, fifth and seventh days respectively, and other personnel who need to be brought into the home shall implement management measures according to the prevention and control requirements of professional departments. Please strictly abide by the relevant regulations of home isolation, and do not go out, and cooperate with measures such as nucleic acid testing and daily personal health monitoring.

At present, the requirement of home health monitoring management in Chengdu is to carry out home health monitoring for employees in high-risk positions who are exposed to closed-loop operations for five days, and to carry out home nucleic acid testing on the first, third and fifth days during home health monitoring. Please refuse all visits and do not gather at home. If I don’t have to go out, such as seeing a doctor, I really need to get permission from the community management. When I go out, I don’t go to crowded public places or take public transportation. Other people who need to be included in home health monitoring should be managed according to the prevention and control requirements published by professional departments.

Chengdu citizens can report "one size fits all" and layer-by-layer overweight behavior to 12345.

Huang Hui, deputy director of Chengdu Health and Health Commission, said that Chengdu will intensify the rectification of "one size fits all" and layer-by-layer overweight phenomenon, increase the intensity of notification and public exposure, and ask the general public to continue to supervise the serious consequences. Please report the problems to 12345 in time.

No longer judge the secret connection of the secret connection

Huang Hui introduced that on November 11th, the Comprehensive Group of Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council issued the Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of COVID-19 Epidemic, and published 20 measures to further optimize the prevention and control work. After the "Notice" was issued, Chengdu immediately studied and implemented the measures one by one. Chengdu has adjusted the management measures for close contact personnel, overflow personnel in high-risk areas, entry personnel and employees in high-risk posts who have finished closed-loop operations as required. The risk areas have been adjusted from "high, medium and low" to "high and low", and close contacts will be judged timely and accurately, and close contact will no longer be judged. The construction of medical resources is progressing in an orderly manner, and the work of vaccination in Covid-19 and drug storage related to treatment in COVID-19 is progressing in an orderly manner.

The public can inquire about the time limit requirements of nucleic acids in different places in the official micro-health office of Chengdu.

Fan Shuangfeng, director of the Emergency Office of Chengdu CDC, said that under the current epidemic situation, Chengdu is still implementing a normalized nucleic acid detection strategy to help early detection and early detection of the epidemic. At the same time, she also reminded the public to pay attention to different places, the time limit for checking the negative certificate of nucleic acid test, the requirement for entering closed spaces, such as bars, KTV, Internet cafes, mahjong rooms, chess rooms and gymnasiums, is to check the negative certificate of nucleic acid within 24 hours, and for cultural and sports venues such as restaurants, museums, swimming pools and indoor stadiums, it is required to check the negative certificate of nucleic acid for 48 hours. For other places, communities, courtyards, enterprises, institutions and public transport, it is required to check the 72-hour negative nucleic acid certificate. For details of the inspection time limit requirements of some related places, you can also pay attention to the Health Chengdu official micro to inquire.

At present, it is autumn and winter, and the climate is relatively cold, which is also a season of high incidence of respiratory diseases. We appeal to the general public and friends to continue to do personal protection, wear masks, wash their hands frequently, ventilate more, gather less, take the initiative to control the trajectory of cases, and cooperate with the prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing and health monitoring.

Qingdao Supermarket in the 1980s: Tell supermarket customers not to know how to pay.

????At that time (in the late 1980s), Qingdao’s commerce had actually reached a point where it was necessary to change. Failure to change may mean being eliminated, and there may be hope for survival if it is changed. It is better to change early than late, and it is better to change than not to change.

????-Meng Guangyao

????There is no queue for shopping here, there is no counter, and you don’t need to go through a salesperson to buy things. You can choose from the shelves yourself. There are many goods that department stores can’t buy. Fresh shopping methods attracted many people to watch.

????Supermarket, that’s what people called it at that time. Many years later, when large supermarkets have opened all over the city, people will still remember this earliest "supermarket".

????The medical supply supermarket opened in 1984, which was the year when Qingdao was listed as an open coastal city. At that time, supply and marketing cooperatives, department stores, grocery stores and grain stores with a single format were the main channels for people to buy daily necessities, and the supply of many items was fixed, and they had to be purchased by ticket.

????However, today, 30 years later, supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty stores, online shopping, TV shopping, direct sales, etc. have appeared one after another. There are hundreds of thousands of commercial outlets in the city, covering all corners of urban and rural areas. You can buy whatever you want without even leaving your home.

????■ test the water

????Customers in supermarket don’t know how to pay.

????The creativity of supermarket originated from an experimental reform. In the early 1980s, the Provincial Department of Commerce decided to follow the advanced experience of foreign shopping malls, make experimental reform on the traditional business model, and establish a large supermarket, that is, remove the counters and let customers choose their own products.

????In the memory of Pan Yuxi, then general manager of Qingdao Medical Service, there were two places for reform at that time, one in Jinan, the provincial capital, and the other in Qingdao. After receiving this task, the former Municipal Bureau of Commerce attached great importance to it, screened the commercial retail outlets in the whole city, and finally selected the supply company of the sanatorium in Badaguan Scenic Area (referred to as "medical supply"). In fact, the medical supply was mainly responsible for the supply of vegetables and non-staple food in the surrounding sanatoriums, mostly purchased by groups, and retail sales only accounted for a small part of the turnover.

????"First, because the hardware conditions here are better, there are enough spacious shopping malls to use, and then the surrounding residents have a higher level, better quality and higher consumption power." Pan Yuxi said that after receiving the task, they began intense preparations. First, the downstairs lobby was vacated, painted and maintained, and then the shelves were purchased according to the requirements of the new business model.

????At that time, the horizontal frozen containers and open shelves necessary for supermarkets were not produced by domestic manufacturers. In order to start business as soon as possible, the Commercial Bureau decided to allocate funds and send people to Japan for procurement. Not long after, eight huge containers and shelves came back across the ocean. At the same time, the company organized large-scale procurement of goods. Buyers have gone to great pains to travel all over the world, transporting the goods of famous brands from all over the country back to Qingdao.

????The new cashier method is the key to the supermarket, but it is a strange job and no one has touched it. In order to operate normally after opening, with the consent of the Commercial Bureau, the mall specially sent personnel to Beijing Institute of Commercial Science and Technology to learn the specific operation of the cashier. A group of five people not only received training, but also brought back four Japanese cash registers purchased in the institute.

????On September 30, 1984, the medical supply supermarket was officially listed and opened. Pan Yuxi said that the lively scene after the opening was greatly unexpected. The quiet streets in the past suddenly became crowded with people, and not only the residents around came to buy them, but also the residents from other districts came here. Soon all Qingdao people knew that there was a supermarket where they could help themselves.

????Pan Yuxi, who is over 80 years old, still remembers that the supermarket has just opened. Many people came in to buy things and didn’t know how to pay. The mall had to send a shopping guide to guide the citizens to pay at the cashier’s desk. The mall of more than 400 square meters was equipped with more than 40 staff members. It takes a lot of manpower to load goods and code, and everyone works hard.

????In fact, the medical supply supermarket attracts the public not only with brand-new consumption patterns, but also with rich commodities. "We transfer goods all over the country, and there are many things that other department stores don’t have, especially high-end spices. Many hotels buy them here." Pan Yuxi said that whenever the Chinese New Year comes, people come in line to snap up the scarce commodities such as chickens, ducks and pork chops.

????In the late 1980s, the popularity of supermarkets reached its peak, and foreign teachers and experts from neighboring counties and even Yantai, Weihai and Jinan often came here to buy food in large quantities on weekends.

????Pan Yuxi said that there was no electronic monitoring and no alarm system at that time. Soon after the opening, it was found that the goods began to be missing and people had to "stare at it". Faced with this situation, people have different views on whether to stick to it. Some people think that the quality of Chinese people is poor and it is too early to run a supermarket. However, some people insist on doing it. Their view is that consumption needs to be guided, and the quality will be gradually improved. Self-service supermarkets are the trend of consumption, and we should not give up eating because of choking. In the end, the idea of sticking to it prevailed and the supermarket was able to survive.

????The supermarket for medical treatment has been booming for about 10 years. Later, with the deepening of reform and opening up, many supermarkets opened one after another, and it gradually lost its former style and stopped operating in 2000.

????■ format

????A thousand stores, a department store, a face

????At the time of testing the water in the medical supermarket, the department store format at that time was actually "one thousand stores". From the business scope to the layout of goods, from staff training to service management, all state-owned stores are almost the same. On the first floor, daily necessities are sold, on the second floor, needle cotton products are sold, on the third floor, household appliances are sold, and on the fourth floor, silk fabrics are sold. Each floor is filled with shelves against the wall, in front of which are counters more than one meter high. Customers stand outside the counter when they buy things, and the salesman takes the goods from the shelf. When the goods are sold, they are generally not returned. At that time, the salespeople were all blue uniforms and cold faces, and buying things depended on the mood and face of the salespeople.

????In 1970, Zhang Shusen, who had just been employed, became a salesman in Liaoning Road Department Store. At that time, the department store was more than 100 square meters, selling only small department stores such as daily necessities, clothing and fabrics. In that era of material shortage and supply shortage, the country was still implementing "unified purchase and marketing, planned supply", and the goods in short supply were in short supply, especially the large household goods such as sewing machines, watches, bicycles and radios, which were called "three turns and one ring" at that time, and they had to rely on specially distributed tickets for shopping, otherwise they could not be bought with money.

????Zhang Shusen said that he saved 10 yuan from his monthly salary of 21 yuan. After standing at the counter for a year, he finally saved 120 yuan, applied to the unit for a watch ticket many times, and queued up at the Hengdeli Watch Store on Zhongshan Road overnight to buy his first watch.

????From Liaoning Road Department Store to People’s Market Department Store on Market Second Road, then to Qingdao Department Store, and finally retired from domestic products, he has worked for several large department store retail groups for decades. In Zhang Shusen’s memory, in the 1970s and 1980s, there was only one shopping street on Zhongshan Road in Qingdao, which was also the most prosperous place for business, but there were no large shopping malls of this scale. Only the Qingdao No.1 department store located at the southern end of Zhongshan Road was considered as an upper-grade shopping mall at that time, and the old-fashioned domestic products located at the northern end had a business area of more than 2,000 square meters at that time. The others were Qianxiangyi, Shengxifu, Hendry, women’s and children’s stores and so on.

????■ change

????Liqun takes the lead in joint-stock system reform.

????In 1984, things are changing. The firm prices in the shops began to be adjusted frequently, and the prices of individual commodities were even adjusted once a month … At that time, Zhang Xiancun, who worked as a counter salesman in Laoshan Department Store, was transferred to the business unit of the shopping mall, and he felt the atmosphere of marketization from the fluctuating commodity prices. During this period, Qingdao commerce is brewing a reform.

????Zhang Shusen’s city department store, which relies on "management meals", was the first to usher in the transitional reform. Within three years, it gradually revoked the government’s financial allocation and turned into self-management and self-financing, while still assuming the department store management function.

????At the same time, in order to enliven the economy, state-owned stores introduced the contract responsibility system, and employees could sign up for the election of store leaders independently, and the original rigid management system began to break. In 1984, in the reform of the first batch of pilot enterprises in the city, Xu Gongzao, the current chairman of Liqun Group, and Li Liming, the current chairman of Qingdao Haibin Food Co., Ltd., were elected as general managers.

????In the view of Zhang Xiancun, the current chairman of Qingdao Weekly Group, the most obvious change after the reform is that enterprises have funds for self-development and the incentive mechanism has changed the disadvantages of "big pot". At the same time, competition, the basic feature of market economy, is increasingly prominent.

????In the spring of 1988, 24-year-old Zhang Xiancun became the deputy manager of Laoshan Department Store, and Lao took the lead in advertising car bodies in Qingdao business circles. On the shuttle bus No.3 and No.9, Zhang Xiancun’s creative slogan-"Welcome to Laoshan Department Store on every Tuesday" is particularly eye-catching.

????"At that time, some attempts were made in Qingdao’s commercial reform, but the intensity was still not enough. In fact, Qingdao’s business has reached a point where it must be changed. If it is not changed, it may mean being eliminated. If it is changed, there may be hope for survival. It is better to change early than late, and it is better to change than not to change. " Meng Guangyao, former director of Qingdao Finance Office and now president of Qingdao Commercial Federation, said.

????Liqun department store took the first step of restructuring, and in 1988 it became the first batch of pilot joint-stock reform enterprises in China. "But what is the’ shareholding system’, no one has made it clear, and management and operation almost follow the old path." In 1992, influenced by various subjective and objective factors, the economic benefits of Liqun declined seriously, and Xu Gongzao was ordered to be transferred from the municipal department store to Liqun as the "helm". He said that Beijing Tianqiao Department Store, which was a pilot of the same batch of shareholding system reform at that time, had begun to advance towards the real shareholding system model. They decided to go to Beijing to "learn from the classics" and establish a modern enterprise system, and Liqun Department Store was full of vitality.

????At that time, Zhang Xiancun, who was in charge of this matter at Laobai, was in a hurry. "If you step by step, you will definitely not catch the" first bus "of the pilot in the application time. In order to seize the opportunity, he decided to go beyond the declaration. After active efforts, the Municipal Commission for Economic Restructuring finally added the number of pilot units to 13, and Laobai successfully boarded the pilot "first bus". In the year after the company’s shareholding system reform, sales exceeded 100 million yuan.

Historical changes and contemporary innovations of mainstream religious views in China

The present situation of religion in China

The change of the mainstream Confucian religious view in China’s history during the Republic of China from the founding of New China to the establishment and practice of the contemporary new religious view in 1956. The progress and mistakes of the national religious theory from 1957 to 1976, the innovation of the religious theory with China characteristics since the reform and opening up, and several cognitive problems in implementing the basic principles of the party’s religious work

General Secretary of the Supreme Leader emphasized at the Central United Front Work Conference that ethnic work and religious work are all overall work. Religious work is essentially mass work. We should fully implement the party’s policy of freedom of religious belief, manage religious affairs according to law, adhere to the principle of independence and self-management, and actively guide religion to adapt to socialist society. To actively guide religion to adapt to the socialist society, we must adhere to the direction of China, improve the level of legalization of religious work, treat the social role of religion dialectically, pay attention to the role of religious figures, and guide religious efforts to serve the promotion of economic development, social harmony, cultural prosperity, national unity and the reunification of the motherland. The speech highly summarized the importance of religious work and the connotation of the Party’s principles and policies on religious work, especially expounded the four "musts" of actively guiding religion to adapt to the socialist society, and first emphasized that "we must adhere to the direction of China", which was very meaningful. This is not only the latest incisive summary of the religious work experience since the founding of New China, but also contains the historical wisdom of Chinese civilization in dealing with religious issues.

The mainstream Confucian religious view in China’s history

Historically, the mainstream society and politicians in China have been mainly guided by Confucian views on religion. Confucius famously said, "Stay away from ghosts and gods". He is not keen on the way of ghosts and gods, but he takes a "respect" attitude towards the religious beliefs of ordinary people. Ceng Zi, a student of Confucius, said, "Be cautious in pursuing the future, and people’s morality will return to thick.". Pursuing the distance carefully is ancestor worship, whose function is to make the moral fashion of ordinary people simple and honest, which is the moral function of religion today. Later, Yi Zhuan summarized this function as "teaching by Shinto", which means that the way of ghosts and gods is regarded as a means of moral education. This is the attitude of Confucianism towards religion. Under the influence of Confucius, the mainstream society in China is "moderate" towards religion. Although China’s dynasties were autocratic politically, they were pluralistic and inclusive in cultural and religious policies. After Buddhism and Islam were introduced into China, their contents and forms changed. For example, Zen Buddhism appeared in China, advocating human Buddhism; Chinese Islam does not pursue the unity of politics and religion, and its exclusiveness is greatly weakened. Is Confucius’ thought a religion? My point of view is that Confucianism is basically not a religion, but an ethical anthropology in the East, because Confucius does not talk about the problem of afterlife and ghosts and gods, and the view without gods and the other side cannot be called religion. Confucius spent his whole life talking about how to be a man and how to govern the country."University" summed up these views as: self-cultivation, keeping the family in order, governing the country and leveling the world. Confucius was a thinker and educator, not a religious teacher. Of course, Confucius’ thoughts are also religious, for example, "fearing fate" and attaching great importance to religious sacrifices.

In addition, Confucianism says that "harmony is precious", "harmony is different" and "Tao is parallel but not contradictory", and the concept of harmony is the most abundant in Confucianism. This has enabled China to accommodate many religions. After Wei and Jin Dynasties, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism came into being in parallel and multi-religious coexistence. Buddhism spread to China, there are objections, but the mainstream of society is accepted; After Taoism flourished, there was room for its existence. Later, Christianity and Islam also spread to China and became a part of China’s multi-religions. As long as the relevant religions are patriotic, law-abiding and good-advised, there is a reasonable and legal space for their existence in China. Because the mainstream Confucianism in China is tolerant and moderate, there are many religious categories in China, which is rare in the world. The world’s three major religions and their main sects have spread in China, as well as ethnic religions such as Taoism, as well as a large number of folk religions and various primitive worship, so some people say that China is the "United Nations of religions". Today, there are five religions in China, namely Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity and Catholicism. Except Taoism, the other four religions are foreign religions, which shows the inclusiveness of China’s religious culture. Harmony is the main theme among religions. You have me and I have you. The doctrines of various religions are moderate, and extremism is difficult to develop. In the long-term historical development, religions in China have formed a profound and fine tradition. There are mainly: patriotism and love of teaching are highly unified, with doing good deeds as the first meaning, advancing with the times, being brave in innovation, symbiosis and mutual prosperity, mutual respect and learning, politics leading and teaching assisting, teaching not doing politics, culture promoting and civilized exchanges, national subject, and internal and external integration. For more than 2,000 years, Chinese has had a universal basic belief, that is, to respect the ancestors of heaven and law, but it does not exclude other religions. The core of China’s belief culture is Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Confucianism is not a religion, but it plays the role of western Christianity. When Buddhism entered China, it successfully connected with Confucianism and Taoism, and there was Zen Buddhism in China. China’s Islam has also made great achievements in the direction of China. The China process of Christianity in China (in a broad sense) is facing various difficulties, but it is also advancing steadily. In the history of China, religions have basically maintained peace and harmony. There is no religious war or inquisition, and they can become good neighbors. Although there were frictions, there were also "three martial arts and one incident" to destroy the Buddha, but the duration was short, and religious confrontation could not become a tradition. In history, religion has never created a huge obstacle to social reform and progress, but it is a kind of help.

Changes of mainstream religious views in the Republic of China

Since modern times, the religious view of mainstream society in China has changed, and the treatment of religion is no longer moderate and inclusive, but radical and negative, especially after the Revolution of 1911, religion has been constantly impacted. This is because China’s modern society is relatively backward and has suffered too much humiliation from the West. In order to liberate and revitalize the country independently, people think that China’s culture lacks democracy and science, so they should learn from the West and save the country with science and democracy. China needed democracy and science, but scholars in the Republic of China didn’t see that when the West developed democracy and science, Christianity was not replaced, but reformed it to serve modernization. At that time, the theory of "religious substitution" was popular in academic circles, arguing that there was no religious position in China’s future cultural construction. Cai Yuanpei proposed aesthetic education to replace religion, Chen Duxiu and Hu Shi proposed science to replace religion, Liang Shuming proposed ethics to replace religion, and Feng Youlan proposed philosophy to replace religion. So at that time, people ignored the study of religion. During the period of the Republic of China, Buddhism and Taoism were also proposed to "develop learning through temple property", and the National Government confiscated many temple properties. In fact, it looked down on Buddhism and Taoism and wanted to restrict it. At the same time, a "non-Christian movement" took place, totally denying Christianity, with a fierce attitude. At that time, the mainstream of academic circles was dominated by scientism and belittled religion on the grounds of "unscientific". In fact, the major religious subjects performed well in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the democratic revolution, which is commendable.

由于民族宗教政策符合马克思主义和中国国情,特别是能够对藏传佛教和伊斯兰教加以正确对待,在短时间内,中国顺利实现了统一大业(台湾除外),It ended the unstable and turbulent state in Xinjiang, Tibet and other ethnic areas that existed for a long time because of imperialist intervention and the corruption and incompetence of the old China government. The national feelings were unprecedentedly harmonious and the construction industry developed rapidly.

In terms of Christianity and Catholicism, it is mainly to carry out anti-imperialist patriotic movements, eliminate imperialist forces and influences, and establish patriotic church groups run by China Christians, such as the Christian "Three Self" Patriotic Association and the Catholic Patriotic Association. Buddhism and Taoism in Han Dynasty mainly get rid of the influence of feudal system, advocate self-reliance and participate in social construction.

From the perspective of how to treat and deal with religious issues, the mainstream religious theory and practice at that time can be summarized into two theories, namely, the theory of five natures and the theory of United front. On behalf of the Central Committee, Comrade Li Weihan, then head of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, put forward the theory of five religions: mass, long-term, complexity, nationality and internationality. Religion is not only regarded as a world outlook and spiritual culture, but also fully seen the social attributes of religion, which is a living social force and social culture with great influence and stability. Therefore, religious work must not be simplified, but should be taken seriously. The mass nature of religion makes us understand that the attitude towards religion is the attitude towards believers, which must be respected and cannot be forced to order. The long-term nature of religion makes us consciously overcome impatience and not regard religion as the remnants of old culture and rush to destroy it, because the roots of religion will exist for a long time and religious work must make long-term plans. The complexity of religion requires us to understand the multiple structures and diverse forms of religion itself, its multi-faceted relationship with social politics, economy and culture, and the duality of its social functions. Only by fully studying and understanding it can we do a good job in religious work. The nationality of religion tells us that religious issues are intertwined with ethnic issues. In China, religious issues are an important part of ethnic issues, and religious work is related to national unity and national unity. The internationality of religions makes us pay attention to the transnational influence of the three major religions in the world and the international communication of religions.

By bringing order out of chaos, religious work has returned to the Marxist track. There are the following signs:

One is the 19th Document in 1982, which summarized the experience and lessons of the Party and the government on religious issues and pointed out that religion will exist for a long time in socialist society. After religion entered the socialist society, its functions have undergone fundamental changes, mainly contradictions among the people; The fundamental task of religious work is to unite religious people with non-religious people and devote themselves to socialist modernization. This is our party’s new understanding of religion.

Secondly, in 1993, the Central Committee proposed "actively guiding religions to adapt to socialist society". I think the theory of religious adaptation is of great significance. It is the first positive affirmation that religion and socialist society have something in common and can adapt to each other, which is a new development of Marxist religious view.

Thirdly, since the 21st century, the central government has proposed to give full play to the positive role of religion in building a harmonious society, emphasizing the theory of building religious harmony, and giving full play to the positive role of religious figures and believers in promoting cultural prosperity and economic and social development. As a result, religious culture theory, religious harmony theory and religious promotion theory rose.

Second, manage religious affairs and normalization of religious affairs according to law. This is what is needed to establish a modern democratic and legal country. In the past, we used to manage religious affairs by administrative means or by relying solely on policies. In the future, we will change to manage religious affairs according to law. First, religious legislation should be improved, second, the concept of legal system should be strengthened, and third, the law enforcement system should be complete. Our legal system is still not perfect. At present, the Regulations on Religious Affairs promulgated in the State Council is a comprehensive national administrative regulation, which needs to be improved. Managing religious affairs is not interfering in the internal affairs of religious circles, but managing affairs related to public interests and national interests. The purpose of management is to protect normal and legal activities, stop illegal activities and crack down on criminal activities. At present, management is undergoing two changes: from direct administrative management to indirect management according to law, and from preventive abnormal management to service-oriented normal management. "Protection, management, guidance and service" advocated by the State Bureau of Religious Affairs is the essence of management.

Third, adhere to the principle of independence and self-management and the localization of religion. This mainly deals with Catholicism and Christianity. Historically, after the Opium War, Catholicism and Christianity were indeed under the control of imperialism, and they once became tools for western powers to invade China. Today, western hostile forces are still using religion to try to evolve China’s regime. Therefore, it is very important to emphasize independence and self-management. We should make Catholicism and Christianity a cause run by patriots in China. This is not only conducive to safeguarding our national dignity and national sovereignty, but also conducive to the healthy development of Catholicism and Christianity. On the premise of independence and self-management, on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, we will carry out international friendly exchanges in religion, actively participate in world religious dialogues and civilized dialogues, and promote world peace and development. We should not only be independent in educational affairs, but also absorb Chinese culture and thoughts, build theology with China characteristics, make Catholicism and Christianity China, and make our own way in doctrine.

Fourth, actively guide religion to adapt to socialist society and multi-dimensional guidance. Adaptation is multi-level and multi-faceted, and it can’t just be satisfied with patriotism and law-abiding. It is adaptation at the legal and political levels. At the same time, it should be carried out in an all-round way economically, culturally and socially. Adaptation is a two-way street — — Religious circles should adapt to our socialist society in the process of modernization; Our cadres and scholars also have a problem of re-learning, re-understanding the function of religion and actively guiding religion to adapt to socialist society. Now is the most relaxed historical period for the normal existence and activities of religions in China. The teaching community should establish a healthy teaching style, strictly observe the religious rules, build a good teaching staff, inherit and carry forward the Chinese spirit of benevolence, tolerance and harmony, stay away from and resist extremism, provide better services to the society in its own way, and live up to this great era and the ardent expectations of the party, the government and all walks of life for the religious community. Academic circles should continue to participate in the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s religious theory, which is our responsibility and responsibility.

China’s first 40,000-ton supply ship is in place, and the Chinese aircraft carrier formation is "even more powerful"

Cctv newsEvery time the carrier battle group is on duty, it has to wander at sea for several months. At this time, a comprehensive supply ship with large tonnage and high speed is needed to meet the massive material demand of the carrier formation.

Recently, the first ship of China Navy’s new integrated supply ship — — The Hulun Lake ship officially joined the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy sequence. The Hulun Lake ship, known as the "super wet nurse", will make the Chinese aircraft carrier formation go further.

Hulun Lake Ship No.965 is a new type of integrated supply ship independently developed by China and advanced in the world. Although the official did not disclose the specific information, some analysts believe that Hulun Lake Ship is a 901 integrated supply ship. This type of supply ship is the first 40,000-ton supply ship in China, which is twice as large as the Type 903 being built in batches, and its speed has also been greatly improved.

Hulun Lake Ship Completes the Last Short Board of Chinese Aircraft Carrier Battle Group

Previously, there were eight 903 large supply ships in China. The speed of the 903 integrated supply ship is less than 20 knots, while the speed of the carrier Liaoning ship is about 29 knots, and the speed of the 052D destroyer is about 32 knots. That is to say, the speed of the supply ship owned by China could not keep up with the speed of the entire aircraft carrier formation.

The Hulun Lake ship, with a speed of about 25 knots, can provide the naval carrier formation of China with accompanying supplies at sea, completing the last short board in the Chinese carrier battle group.

The power of the new supply ship has been strengthened, which has increased the rapid supply capacity.

Cao Weidong, a military expert, said that the integrated supply ship mainly provides oil, fresh water and ammunition to combat ships. In the past, the supply ship had small tonnage, less materials and poor wind and wave resistance. The speed of warships is relatively fast, and the speed of supply ships is relatively slow, which is easy to slow down.

Nowadays, after the power of the new integrated supply ship is strengthened, it can follow behind the combat ship quickly, so that it can sail together in a formation and increase the rapid supply capacity.

The new supply ship can realize vertical, horizontal and three-dimensional supply.

As mentioned in the public information, Hulun Lake Ship has broken through a series of key technologies, such as the development of new offshore replenishment devices and the overall design and construction of large-scale replenishment ships, with diverse replenishment methods and strong replenishment capabilities. So … How to understand "various replenishment methods"?

Cao Weidong pointed out that the new supply ship can supply vertically, horizontally and stereoscopically. In this way,The replenishment speed can be greatly increased, and several ships can be replenished at the same time, thus enhancing the ocean-going escort and combat capability of the China Navy.

If the supply ship is sunk, the sustained combat capability of the aircraft carrier formation will be reduced by at least 50%.

With the China Navy’s more and more frequent offshore training operations, it is essential to have enough supply ships. The so-called military forces have not moved, and food and grass are first. How important is replenishment for aircraft carriers?

The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in the United States carries 80 aircraft, and the average fuel consumption of each aircraft is 10 tons. Assuming that each aircraft is dispatched once a day, the fuel consumption is about 800 tons, while Nimitz-class aircraft carriers can generally carry 9000 tons of aviation fuel, and according to this fuel consumption, the operational demand can only be maintained for 8-12 days.If the supply ship is sunk, it is equivalent to a reduction of 50% or even 100% in the sustained combat capability of the aircraft carrier formation.

Type 901 integrated supply ship will make Chinese aircraft carrier go further.

The full-load displacement of the 901 integrated supply ship has reached 40,000 tons. Although the specific amount of materials carried has not been made public, for example, the supply-level fast combat support ship with similar tonnage of the US military can carry about 20,000 tons of various oils and dry goods.

Cao Weidong said: with the increase of our country’s guarding tasks in the open sea in the future,Supply ships must adapt to the new mode of China Navy’s offshore escort and ensure the logistics supply of combat ships, especially the supply of battle groups such as aircraft carriers.. After the formation of the aircraft carrier to the far sea, not only the aircraft carrier needs to be supplemented with raw materials, fresh water, food and ammunition, but also the surrounding ships need to be supplemented. soThe integrated supply ship in the aircraft carrier formation is indispensable, which can effectively provide corresponding logistics support for the aircraft carrier battle group to sail continuously, perform tasks continuously or fight continuously.

The future replenishment mode will be systematic, informative, precise and automatic.

At present, the world’s major naval powers are continuing to develop supply ships. From the perspective of rapid supply ships, the United States is still leading the world; Although Russia currently has only one aircraft carrier formation, the supply ships are also very complete, and Britain and France also have large-tonnage supply ships. China is also vigorously developing large-tonnage supply ships.Large-tonnage and high-speed supply ships have almost become the standard configuration of naval powers.

In addition to large tonnage and high speed, the informationization of future supply ships is also very important.Cao Weidong, a military expert, pointed out that in the future combat, warships emphasize systematic confrontation and informational confrontation, which is also applicable to supply ships. In the future, accurate replenishment, rapid replenishment, information-based cross-linking with other ships and improvement of automation will be the development direction of supply ships.

Dialogue with Huawei Yang Haisong: HarmonyOS system is not a copy of Android, and it takes five years to walk in one year.

Pick up the phone, gently touch the NFC tag on the cooking stove, and the screen of the phone will jump out of the operation interface. The system automatically adapts to a variety of recipes. After selecting and processing the ingredients according to the production steps, the rest of the cooking process is completely handed over to the cooking stove.

"One of the great benefits of using’ HarmonyOS’ home APPliances is that the mobile phone can be controlled across devices without downloading any app." A few days ago, Yang Haisong, vice president of Huawei’s consumer business AI and full scene business department, said that the innovative combination of HarmonyOS system and home appliances provided users with a new way of interaction.

Previously, Huawei has repeatedly stressed that there will be 300 million smart devices equipped with HarmonyOS operating system this year. In addition to 200 million Huawei mobile phones and smart screens and other independent devices, whether the third-party intelligent hardware manufacturers can quickly embrace the HarmonyOS system has become the key to the smooth realization of this goal.

Yang Haisong said that behind the 100 million sets of external cooperative equipment is the life and death line of HarmonyOS system calculated by Huawei-more than 16% market share. HarmonyOS is not a copy of Android or iOS. In terms of ecological construction, the biggest challenge of HarmonyOS system is time, which means it takes one year to complete the five-year journey of other systems. In the critical period of the transition to the next generation of mobile Internet, China needs to build its own root capacity quickly, and only in this way can it protect and expand itself.

Yang Haisong (Photo courtesy of the enterprise)

HarmonyOS system is a cross-track product, and the key to survival is the life and death line of 16% market share.

Reporter: Android and iOS are so mature, will HarmonyOS fall into the dilemma of "repeatedly making wheels"?

Yang Haisong: Actually, we have always believed that it is impossible to make wheels repeatedly. HarmonyOS is not Android, nor is it a copy of iOS. Of course, if we make an operating system that can only run on mobile phones and single terminals, we can do it, but why should others use it? HarmonyOS is oriented to the Internet of Everything. At the beginning of our design, it was oriented to IoT, ranging from 128k RAN to more than 8G mobile phones. A software architecture was internally decoupled, and the system was divided into thousands of modules. Only in this way can a software architecture adapt to a variety of different hardware. Only by doing this can we be different from Android. If I can do what Android can do and I can’t do what Android can’t do, then we don’t think it will succeed. If this runway is a single runway, you will never pass others, so if you want to pass, you have to cross the track.

Reporter: In the era of mobile Internet, many once-popular operating systems have failed. Why does HarmonyOS think he can succeed?

Yang Haisong: We believe that the most important reason for their failure is that they can’t meet the basic survival bottom line of the operating system, which is 16% market share. Only Apple and Google can stay above the life-and-death line of 16%, others have not reached 16%, or they have just dropped rapidly with a nod. Therefore, for an ecology, especially the usage and market share of the underlying platform software such as operating system are the core factors for its survival and success. We are more confident about this, because I also have terminals, which can at least ensure the quantity of my terminals. At the same time, why should we vigorously develop ecology? In fact, this is also the consideration. Why should we set a quantitative target of 300 million this year? It’s not nonsense, because the possible market space we see, 100 million (external equipment) is the data of 16% of the life and death line. We think HarmonyOS should be able to survive if it reaches 100 million, but it took five years or even seven years for other operating systems to reach this number, and our goal is very challenging. It takes one year to complete the road that others have taken five years.

Making the operating system is only the first step in the long March, convincing partners to rely on commercial value.

Reporter: It will take HarmonyOS a year to complete the journey of others for five years. What are the urgent tasks now?

Yang Haisong: First, the cultivation of talents; The second is the construction of the environment. In the training of talents, we mainly face two kinds of talents, one is students, and we have begun to cooperate with schools to educate people; One is for mass developers, and we will also release the technical certification and training related to HarmonyOS developers together with institutions. Doing operating system, ecology is a very complicated and huge project. If the workload of developing HarmonyOS is 1%, 99% of it has not been done, and 99% is ecology. Making the operating system is only the first step of the long March. Without a wide range of partners in applications and equipment to use the operating system and make constant innovations in applications, services, equipment and hardware based on the operating system, this operating system and ecology are lifeless, and this ecology does not constitute an ecology.

At the same time, we must provide perfect software engineering and tool capabilities, including these programming languages and compilers under the "inverted triangle", including our development tools and development frameworks, which are the most basic and need to be provided to our developers, so that everyone can access the ecology quickly and efficiently at low cost.

Reporter: What does Huawei rely on to convince third-party partners to expand the ecological field?

Yang Haisong: The essence is the competitiveness and commercial value of the operating system. Can it bring tangible commercial value to partners? Only when it has commercial value will others be willing to use it. It’s not a gimmick, it’s not a brand craze, but a cake that really helps everyone make a big business value, so you can live. What is the product? I make money first, I make the product well, I make money when I sell it, and it’s OK. However, doing ecology is that others make money first, so we must create a win-win situation with you at this point. This change is great, and we are constantly adjusting ourselves and changing channels, which is also a huge challenge.

Reporter: HarmonyOS system has appeared on many IoT products, and rumors are about to land on Huawei mobile phones. What is the specific plan for ecological development in HarmonyOS this year?

Yang Haisong: In terms of ecology, last year’s plan only selected one field, that is, smart home. At the same time, it also limited the application form, that is, the innovation of our watch application, which exceeded our expectations. This year’s plan, first of all, the amount of equipment carried by 300 million is clear, and at the same time, there is a goal of "one horizontal and one vertical". Horizontally, we hope to expand from home to areas that consumers just need in high frequency, such as travel, sports health, audio-visual entertainment, education, office and so on. Vertically, we hope to cooperate with the partners of the whole industry chain, from the bottom chips to modules to software and hardware integration solutions to application service providers, and hope to make the cooperation of the industry chain mature vertically. This is the plan for this year.

Behind the prosperity of mobile internet is the lack of root ability, and now is the golden time to catch up.

Reporter: HarmonyOS is the latest and possibly the largest attempt of China’s independent operating system. Why does China have to master its own operating system?

Yang Haisong: In the era of mobile Internet, China can be said to be at the forefront, and many great companies have been born. However, behind the prosperity, we can also see that China is actually at the end of the mobile Internet value chain, and massive sales only bring limited profits.

Today, when the physical world is changing to the digital world, the national border is no longer that border. Data, including our digital software infrastructure, becomes our real root capability. Once these data assets are used maliciously, the privacy of our consumers, the security of our country and industry will be exposed to danger. Therefore, in the critical period of the transition to the next generation of mobile Internet, China needs to quickly build its own root capacity, and only in this way can it protect and expand itself. No industry can flourish without roots.

Reporter: What courses should China enterprises take to build "root competence"?

Yang Haisong: From the perspective of the whole industrial chain, European and American countries are a very robust "column" from chips to programming languages to database compilers, operating systems and upper-level applications, and each field is very balanced. On the other hand, we are an inverted triangle. Even in some areas, we are still a black hole. Up to now, China people don’t have their own programming language, and we all build our houses on other people’s foundations. As for the database, there has just been a Gauss of Huawei, and the compiler has only made an ark. As for the operating system, there are now some operating systems of China.

Reporter: How long do you think the window period left for cmnet to cultivate "root ability" is?

Yang Haisong: We can wait for the ecology to ferment and mature slowly, but in fact, I think there is not much time left for cmnet industry, because both Google and Apple are aiming at the Internet of Everything and AIoT, and they are all doing it, so there is not much time left for us and China. When the transformation of our generation of mobile Internet fails to catch up, we will miss the historical opportunity of ten years, so we also feel that this time is the prime time for cmnet industries, just in these one or two years. If we don’t improve in the past year or two, then we think the next root ability is still in the hands of others.

On October 17th, astronauts Jing Haipeng and Chen Dong of Shenzhou XI manned mission went to war. Xinhua News Agency reporter Li Gangshe

Detail 1: Fly higher — — Docking and operation of 393 km track height

Shenzhou 11 has fully inherited the technical status of Shenzhou 10, and made many technical improvements to meet the requirements of this mission.

"In order to meet the requirements of this mission, the orbit control strategy and flight procedures have been adjusted, so that the Shenzhou 11 spacecraft can adapt to the requirements of the rendezvous and docking orbit and the return orbit height of this mission from 343 km to 393 km." Wu Ping, deputy director of China Manned Space Engineering Office, said.

When Shenzhou-10 docked with Tiangong-1, the orbital height was 343 kilometers. When Shenzhou XI and Tiangong II docked, the orbital height was 393 kilometers, which was 50 kilometers higher than in the past. Why should it be 50 kilometers higher? Luo Guqing, director of the GNC subsystem of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, said that it is mainly for the third step of China’s manned space flight "three-step" development strategy — — Prepare for the construction of the space station, because it is basically the same as the orbital height of the future space station, and the flight is closer to the requirements of the future space station.

  Detail 2: It takes longer — — A 33-day space journey

After two days of independent flight, Shenzhou XI completed automatic docking with Tiangong 2 to form an assembly. After completing the 30-day mid-term stay of the assembly, it separated from Tiangong 2 and returned to the main landing site in Inner Mongolia within one day, and the Shenzhou XI mission ended. Being in space for a long time, how to ensure the astronauts’ ability to work and live in space and perform tasks, and how to improve the reliability of the spacecraft?

One of the most important innovative highlights of the technical improvement of Shenzhou XI is the newly equipped wide-beam relay communication terminal equipment.

"In order to further improve the safety and reliability, a new wide-beam relay communication terminal equipment has been equipped, which has significantly expanded the coverage of measurement and control and improved the communication support capability between heaven and earth when the attitude of the spacecraft changes rapidly, thus improving the safety of astronauts and the reliability of the spacecraft." Wu Ping said.

Detail 3: Upgrade the optical imaging sensor — — Complete the difficult "kiss in space"

"In order to verify the future space technology and meet the long-life requirements of the rendezvous and measurement equipment of the future space station, the rendezvous and measurement equipment of Shenzhou 11 was upgraded." Wu Ping said.

The rendezvous and docking of Tiangong-2 and Shenzhou-11 is an important step to build a space home, especially the stage from the distance of 120 meters to the final docking, which is the most difficult and risky. In order to make them butt together at eight times the speed of bullets, technicians upgraded the optical imaging sensor.

Gong Dezhu, chief designer of the optical imaging sensor for the Shenzhou 11 rendezvous and docking, said that the sunlight intensity in space is three to five times that on the earth, so it is easy to "light up" the "eyes" of the aircraft, just like driving when the headlights are shaken by the opposite car, and it will take some time to restore vision. Therefore, in the past, the rendezvous and docking should be carried out at the right time.

Compared with the first generation of products used on Tiangong-1, the ability of the upgraded sensor to suppress solar stray light and the sensitivity of identifying targets are greatly improved. Even if the eyes are shaken, the vision recovery time can be shortened from the original ten seconds to several hundred milliseconds. As a result, Shenzhou XI and Tiangong II can realize quasi-all-weather real-time docking, which can guarantee the sudden maintenance and replenishment of spacecraft or the emergency rescue of astronauts.

Detail 4: First assessment of astronauts’ medium-term staying ability

"The purpose of this mission is to further comprehensively verify the functions of the improved manned spacecraft and provide important technical support for subsequent manned missions. In addition, through a number of on-orbit tests, the design function of the spacecraft will be further verified, and flight test data related to the manned environment will be obtained and accumulated. " Zhang Bainan, chief designer of Shenzhou XI spacecraft, said.

In this space laboratory mission, the height of docking orbit and return orbit has increased by 50 kilometers compared with before. The Shenzhou XI mission will examine and verify the rendezvous and docking technology and manned spacecraft return technology in the space station stage for the first time, and will also examine the astronauts’ medium-term staying ability for the first time, which will lay the foundation for the long-term on-orbit assessment in the space station stage by verifying the astronauts’ staying ability.

Detail 5: Lighting equipment lights up "Flying Road"

Shenzhou XI will pass through the earth’s shadow area periodically during its voyage in the vast universe, and it will go through a long period of darkness at this time, which will affect the smooth completion of the on-orbit mission. The lighting equipment in the spacecraft cabin and the rendezvous and docking lighting equipment not only provide the astronauts with working and living lighting in the cabin, but also provide camera-assisted lighting for the rendezvous and docking of the manned spacecraft and the space laboratory in the shadow area.

"In space, if incandescent lamps and energy-saving lamps commonly used in life are directly used, it is estimated that they will turn off in a few days on the spacecraft. What light source is used on the spacecraft? The lighting equipment (short-range floodlighting) and rendezvous and docking lighting equipment (long-distance projection lighting) in the Shenzhou 11 spacecraft use LED light sources, that is, solid-state lighting sources. " Yang Jun, chief designer of 510 products in the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, who undertook the task of developing this equipment, said.

He pointed out that after the manned spacecraft has the lighting equipment in the cabin and the rendezvous and docking lighting equipment, when the spacecraft enters the earth’s shadow area, the astronauts can still correctly interpret the instruments in the cabin and manually operate various switches, so that they will never hit by mistake again. The rendezvous and docking between the spacecraft and the space laboratory has also gained a successful guarantee.

Detail 6: Thermal control system escorts "Space House"

"The most important thing for Shenzhou XI to fly in space is the safety of astronauts." Fu Yang, head of the thermal control subsystem of the Shenzhou 11 launch site of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, said that to ensure the comfort and safety of astronauts in space, it is necessary to create a "home" similar to the ground for astronauts — — There are temperatures and oxygen suitable for human survival and life, which are provided by the thermal control subsystem and the environmental control life support system. The thermal control subsystem is used to maintain a certain temperature and humidity in the spacecraft, and the environmental control life support system is used to create suitable indoor living environment conditions for astronauts, ensure their safe life and normal work in the special environment of space flight, and create a warm and spring-like living environment for astronauts.

He said that the thermal control subsystem and the environmental control life support system are located in the bulkhead of the propulsion module and the orbital module of the manned spacecraft respectively. The environmental control and thermal control subsystem mainly adopts fluid heat exchange technology to control the temperature. The heat generated on the ship is transferred to the external radiator through fluid flow, and then radiated into space through the radiator.

Detail 7: hatch rapid leak detector — — "Little Door God" of Manned Spacecraft

Astronauts fly in space for many days, during which they have to go through many cabin-crossing activities and need to open and close the hatch; When astronauts are in the cabin, the gas that maintains their normal life cannot leak, and whether the hatch is well sealed is decisive, so it is very important to accurately and quickly detect the tightness of the hatch.

Early spacecraft used the whole cabin pressure to detect the tightness of the cabin door by monitoring the change of cabin pressure. This method is accurate and reliable, but it takes a long time, which has a great impact on the astronauts of manned spacecraft and will waste a lot of time. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the detection means and shorten the detection time.

The rapid leak detector of the hatch developed by 510 Institute of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation realizes the rapid and accurate leak detection of the hatch and docking surface. After the door is closed, a small space will be formed between the two sealing rings on the door body and the door frame. The leak detector uses the unique structure of the cabin door to fill a certain amount of detection gas into the small space when working, and judges the sealing condition of the cabin door by monitoring the pressure change in the small space. In case of leakage, the hatch rapid leak detector will immediately give an alarm indication. Astronauts can handle the hatch and pass the leak detection again before they can stay in the cabin smoothly.

"The hatch rapid leak detector can quickly give the test results within 8 minutes, which is called the ‘ of manned spacecraft; Little door god ’ 。” Dong Yipeng, chief designer of 510 products in the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, said.

Detail 8: Dashboard Shock Absorber — — "Life jacket" of spacecraft instrument

Instrumentation devices on spacecraft complete human-computer interaction through LCD screen and astronauts. Instrumentation devices, as representatives of high-tech technologies, are often fragile, and the instantaneous rapid acceleration of rockets during launch will cause severe vibration of equipment in spacecraft cabin. If the impact vibration during launch cannot be well isolated and attenuated, it is likely to lead to instrument damage and mission failure.

At this time, the instrument panel shock absorber of Shenzhou series spacecraft shoulders the heavy responsibility of damping the instrument of the whole spacecraft. Metal rubber shock absorbers installed at four installation points of the instrument panel isolate the instrument from the hull, and consume a lot of energy through constant friction between wires during vibration, which eventually turns into heat energy and disappears into the surrounding medium.

Experts pointed out that the metal rubber shock absorber perfectly played the role of "life jacket" of shenzhou spaceship instrument devices, ensuring the complete success of previous missions.

Detail 9: The magic "coat" of manned spacecraft

Shenzhou 11 runs in an orbit about 400 kilometers above the earth’s surface, where it will be affected by the radiation of the sun, the radiation and reflection of the earth-atmosphere, and many high-energy particles floating in space. In such an environment, how can a spaceship better protect itself?

Fu Yang said that the magical "coat" they designed for the spacecraft.

Just like human clothes, they can keep warm when it is cold, protect against the sun when it is shining, and at the same time, clothes can isolate the harm of harmful factors such as dust and smog to the skin.

Researchers from the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group have designed a coat with a thickness of about 2 cm for the orbital module, which can effectively isolate the heat exchange between the space environment and the bulkhead of the orbital module. There is also a gorgeous composite film on the surface of the coat to improve the spacecraft’s protection against particles such as orbital atomic oxygen. A specially designed organic thermal control coating is sprayed on the outer surface of the return capsule, which provides strong support for ensuring the temperature conditions of the return capsule during the on-orbit period.

At the bottom of the propulsion cabin, in order to effectively suppress the influence of high temperature after engine ignition on the propulsion cabin, multiple layers of heat insulation materials are used in this key area, and the highest temperature that can be isolated can reach 900℃.

Detail 10: Escape Engine — — Astronauts’ "reassurance" of patrolling the sky

People who have seen shenzhou spaceship launch will notice that there is a steeple-like device similar to a lightning rod at the top of the rocket, which is an escape and rescue system independently developed by the Fourth Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology Group and called the "tower of life" for astronauts.

Yu Hailin, commander-in-chief of the escape engine of the Fourth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, said that the escape system bears the mission of astronauts’ safety and lifesaving, and it is one of the three major technical difficulties that China’s manned spaceflight project must break through. The escape and life-saving system successfully developed by the people of the Fourth Hospital overcame difficulties, which provided safety guarantee for astronauts to survey the sky with confidence.

According to Yu Hailin, the escape tower has special performance and complex technology, and only the United States and Russia have mastered this technology in the world.

Detail 11: the magic weapon for the safe return of the spacecraft

Recovery landing is the last step of manned space activities, and it is also the last stick to determine whether astronauts can go home safely.

Rong Wei, shenzhou spaceship, deputy chief designer of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, said that the 508 Institute of the Fifth Academy was responsible for the development of the shenzhou spaceship recovery landing system, and has successively overcome key technologies such as oversize parachute, landing buffer, static pressure parachute opening height control, multi-mode recovery program control, and non-fly-by-wire bomb cover opening, and developed a set of spacecraft recovery landing system with the highest recovery quality, the lowest landing speed, the highest reliability and safety and the most complicated system in China.

He said that the bright spot of Shenzhou XI’s recovery and landing is obvious. First, it is the first large parachute in China. Parachute system is an important aerodynamic deceleration device in the spacecraft’s return phase, which can reduce the spacecraft’s return cabin entering the atmosphere from the speed of high-speed rail to the speed of ordinary people jogging. The system consists of more than 7,000 parts, which is the largest and most complicated system in the parachute recovery of spacecraft in China. Among them, the main umbrella is 1200 square meters, which can cover a football field. The second is the landing buffer technology to improve ride comfort. After "soft" friction with the air, the spacecraft’s return capsule entered the landing buffer, and the last step was a hard-hitting collision. In order to keep the astronauts’ good ride experience even when the spacecraft "landed", the researchers applied the landing buffer technology to the landing buffer system of the shenzhou spaceship return capsule, thus realizing the "soft landing" of the return capsule.
